In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "99a ab" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 99aab.bet, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, and all associated services provided by 99aab.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Account using any supported PKR payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 99aab prior to permitting withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an Account on 99aab, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times during which your Account is active:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. 99aab strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Registration by any individual under the age of 21 is void ab initio and any funds deposited will be returned net of any winnings generated.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 99aab or on any self-exclusion registry applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, and a valid contact email address.
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of any payment method used to deposit funds into your Account.

Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If 99aab identifies that a Player holds more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, any bonus credits will be forfeited, and any associated withdrawal requests may be declined pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 99aab login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, whether for personal, commercial, or any other purpose.

You must notify 99aab immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. 99aab will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to exercise reasonable security precautions or have knowingly shared your credentials.

• You must keep your account contact details — including your email address and registered mobile number — current and accurate at all times.
• You must not permit any other individual to access or use your Account, even with your permission.
• You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for any activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you personally performed such activity.
• You must not access the Platform using automated means, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform security measures.

99aab reserves the right to conduct periodic security reviews and may temporarily lock an Account pending identity re-verification. Players will be notified via their registered email address when such a review is initiated.

99aab supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Supported payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing timeframes are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change.

Deposits:

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Real Money Balance within minutes of confirmed transaction receipt.
• Bank transfer deposits may require up to one business day to appear in your Account balance, subject to the processing times of the originating bank.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 99aab does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 99aab accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified withdrawal requests will remain pending until documentation is submitted and approved.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. Approved withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically received within minutes to a few hours.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• 99aab reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where a verification review is pending.

99aab offers various bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified Players only. 99aab reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used before Real Money Balance where both are present in an Account, unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Balance are held as Bonus Balance until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, at which point they are converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Attempting to withdraw Real Money Balance while a bonus is active and subject to an outstanding wagering requirement may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 99aab reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions already in progress for an individual Player at the time of withdrawal will be honoured in their existing form.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering process.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using low-risk hedging strategies across games to fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players — will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

All games available on 99aab — including live dealer casino titles such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, video slots, instant-win titles, and cricket and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market.

• Game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation systems (for virtual games) or live studio outcomes (for live dealer games). 99aab does not manipulate game results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — the round in question may be voided at 99aab's discretion. Any wager placed on a voided round will be refunded to the Player's Account.
• Sports and cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Test and T20 matches, UFC, and other listed events — are settled according to the rules published in the sportsbook. 99aab's decision on disputed settlements is final.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be accepted at 99aab's discretion under in-play rules. Wagers placed after an event has concluded — whether due to delay or error — will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and are displayed within the respective game or market interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99aab. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity check.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated systems to interact with games, place bets, or exploit Platform features.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of software errors are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players, casino staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud by disputing legitimate transactions through your payment provider after receiving corresponding gaming value on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99aab staff or other users through any communication channel.

99aab is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered Players via their Account settings after every 99aab login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you may fund your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose within a defined period before the system restricts further wager placement.

All content on the 99aab Platform — including but not limited to the 99aab brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99aab or its licensed content partners. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 99aab.

By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any ownership rights in any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99aab, its directors, officers, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.
• Any interruption to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, network outages, third-party provider failures, or events beyond 99aab's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any decision by a Player to gamble, whether or not they utilised the responsible gaming tools available to them.
• Any technical malfunction affecting a game round, provided that the Player's stake is returned in the event of a void round as outlined in Section 6.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 99aab's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

99aab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a charge-back instruction from a payment provider relating to a deposit made to the Account.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement body.

Upon legitimate Account closure initiated by the Player, any remaining verified Real Money Balance — net of any outstanding bonus-related obligations — will be returned to the Player's primary verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances on Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting 99aab support at the email address listed in the Contact section below. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

99aab reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to bonus forfeiture policy, withdrawal procedures, or Player eligibility — registered Players will be notified via their registered email address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact 99aab to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance before the effective date.

The date on which these Terms were most recently updated is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Player's use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 99aab's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 99aab, the Player should first contact the 99aab support team in writing using the contact details provided in Section 14. 99aab will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. Where resolution cannot be reached through direct correspondence, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under 99aab's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
